Pricing for the median home in Seven Hills increased during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Seven Hills rose by $40,750 while total sales increased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,250 - a 22.3% increase over the $182,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Seven Hills in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Seven Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,926, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
