The first quarter of 2021: Walton Hills experienced a 33.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Walton Hills rose by $61,050 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 33.2% increase over the $183,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Walton Hills in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Walton Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,403, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
