Orange median home prices rose by 30.9% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Orange rose by $91,250 while total sales increased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $386,250 - a 30.9% increase over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Orange in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Orange for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,330, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
