Moreland Hills home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Moreland Hills rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 137.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $405,500 - a 1.4% increase over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Moreland Hills in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Moreland Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $11,582, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
