Cleveland median home prices rose by 28.6% in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Cleveland rose by $14,250 while total sales increased by 59.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 553 homes sold, with a median sale price of $64,000 - a 28.6% increase over the $49,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 346 homes sold in Cleveland in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,416, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
