March 2021: Brooklyn experienced a 10.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Brooklyn rose by $12,765 while total sales increased by 175%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,500 - a 10.7% increase over the $119,735 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Brooklyn in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Brooklyn for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,031, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
