Parma median home prices rose by 20% in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Parma rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 47%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 122 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 20% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Parma in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Parma for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,953, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
