Pricing for the median home in Seven Hills increased during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Seven Hills rose by $32,050 while total sales decreased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $221,500 - a 16.9% increase over the $189,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Seven Hills in March 2020.
