Garfield Heights home prices rose in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Garfield Heights rose by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 14.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,000 - a 33.3% increase over the $69,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Garfield Heights in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Garfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,769, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
