Orange median home prices fell by 5.7% in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Orange fell by $26,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $435,000 - a 5.7% decrease over the $461,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Orange in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Orange for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,330, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
