Median home prices in Cleveland rose to $80,000 in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Cleveland rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 481 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 77.8% increase over the $45,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 500 homes sold in Cleveland in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,416, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
