Bedford Heights home prices rose in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Bedford Heights rose by $26,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 26.3% increase over the $99,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Bedford Heights in June 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Bedford Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,049, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
