June 2021: Home prices in Oakwood fell

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Oakwood fell by $41,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,000 - a 23.6% decrease over the $174,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Oakwood in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Oakwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,139, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
