Pricing for the median home in Brooklyn increased during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Brooklyn rose by $14,250 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,250 - a 11.8% increase over the $121,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Brooklyn in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Brooklyn for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,031, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
