June 2021: Parma experienced a 12.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Parma rose by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 112 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,500 - a 12.2% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 121 homes sold in Parma in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Parma for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,953, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
