Seven Hills median home prices rose by 7.5% in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Seven Hills rose by $15,050 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 7.5% increase over the $199,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Seven Hills in June 2020.
