The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Walton Hills rose by $55,050 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 26.9% increase over the $204,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Walton Hills in June 2020.
