The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Middleburg Heights rose by $42,075 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,000 - a 26.3% increase over the $159,925 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in the second quarter of 2020.
