Median home prices in Seven Hills rose to $212,250 in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Seven Hills rose by $4,750 while total sales decreased by 29.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,250 - a 2.3% increase over the $207,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Seven Hills in the second quarter of 2020.
