Rising home prices in Walton Hills in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Walton Hills rose by $100 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 0% increase over the $224,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Walton Hills in the second quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Walton Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,403, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
