Pricing for the median home in Strongsville increased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Strongsville rose by $66,000 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 147 homes sold, with a median sale price of $286,000 - a 30% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 126 homes sold in Strongsville in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Strongsville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,082, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
