Home prices increased in Valley View during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Valley View rose by $259,039 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $341,000 - a 316.1% increase over the $81,961 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Valley View in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Valley View for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,690, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
