Pricing for the median home in Newburgh Heights increased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Newburgh Heights rose by $13,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 19 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,000 - a 22.3% increase over the $60,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Newburgh Heights in the first half of 2020, as well.
