Median home prices in North Randall rose to $104,900 in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in North Randall rose by $20,900 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,900 - a 24.9% increase over the $84,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in North Randall in the first half of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in North Randall for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,890, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
