Rising home prices in Bedford Heights in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Bedford Heights rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 9.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 33.3% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Bedford Heights in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Bedford Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,049, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
