The first half of 2021: North Royalton experienced a 8.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in North Royalton rose by $14,500 while total sales decreased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 170 homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $178,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 180 homes sold in North Royalton in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in North Royalton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,852, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
