Median home prices in Seven Hills rose to $220,000 in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Seven Hills rose by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 91 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 13.4% increase over the $194,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in Seven Hills in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Seven Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,926, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
