How did home prices perform in Brooklyn Heights during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Brooklyn Heights rose by $65,500 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,500 - a 35.4% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Brooklyn Heights in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Brooklyn Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,902, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
