The first half of 2021: Valley View experienced a 35.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Valley View rose by $83,375 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,875 - a 35.1% increase over the $237,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Valley View in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Valley View for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,690, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
