The first half of 2021: Home prices in Hunting Valley fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Hunting Valley fell by $981,700 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,518,300 - a 39.3% decrease over the $2,500,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hunting Valley in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Hunting Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $38,920, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
