Home prices increased in Parma during August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Parma rose by $11,100 while total sales decreased by 45.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,600 - a 7.9% increase over the $140,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 130 homes sold in Parma in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Parma for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,953, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
