Pricing for the median home in Strongsville increased during August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Strongsville rose by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 22%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $240,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Strongsville in August 2020.
