Pricing for the median home in Seven Hills increased during September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Seven Hills rose by $33,000 while total sales increased by 26.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 15.2% increase over the $217,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Seven Hills in September 2020.
