Home prices increased in Garfield Heights during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Garfield Heights rose by $18,000 while total sales increased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 165 homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,000 - a 22.5% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 145 homes sold in Garfield Heights in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Garfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,769, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
