Median home prices in Bedford rose to $120,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Bedford rose by $18,100 while total sales increased by 15.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 17.8% increase over the $101,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Bedford in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Bedford for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,435, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
