Rising home prices in Bedford Heights in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Bedford Heights rose by $31,500 while total sales increased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,500 - a 25.8% increase over the $122,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Bedford Heights in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Bedford Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,049, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
