How did home prices perform in Parma during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Parma rose by $17,450 while total sales increased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 391 homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,000 - a 12.4% increase over the $140,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 354 homes sold in Parma in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Parma for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,953, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
