Walton Hills median home prices rose by 39.2% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Walton Hills rose by $72,560 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,460 - a 39.2% increase over the $184,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Walton Hills in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Walton Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,403, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
