How did home prices perform in Strongsville during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Strongsville rose by $37,250 while total sales increased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 172 homes sold, with a median sale price of $278,000 - a 15.5% increase over the $240,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 168 homes sold in Strongsville in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Strongsville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,082, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
