Broadview Heights home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Broadview Heights rose by $65,600 while total sales decreased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $302,500 - a 27.7% increase over the $236,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 91 homes sold in Broadview Heights in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Broadview Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,453, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
