How did home prices perform in Orange during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Orange rose by $106,500 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $432,500 - a 32.7% increase over the $326,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Orange in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Orange for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,330, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
