Pricing for the median home in Garfield Heights increased during December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Garfield Heights rose by $30,141 while total sales decreased by 45.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,500 - a 37.5% increase over the $80,359 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Garfield Heights in December 2020.
