How did home prices perform in Brooklyn during December 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Brooklyn rose by $55,670 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 48.7% increase over the $114,330 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Brooklyn in December 2020.
