The fourth quarter of 2021: Maple Heights experienced a 34.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Maple Heights rose by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 130 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,000 - a 34.9% increase over the $64,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 134 homes sold in Maple Heights in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Maple Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,217, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
