Home prices increased in Garfield Heights during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Garfield Heights rose by $16,750 while total sales decreased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 121 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,000 - a 20.4% increase over the $82,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in Garfield Heights in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Garfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,769, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
