The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Parma increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Parma rose by $17,250 while total sales decreased by 18.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 280 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,250 - a 12.3% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 342 homes sold in Parma in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Parma for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,953, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
