Home prices increased in Oakwood during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Oakwood rose by $62,000 while total sales increased by 266.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 46.6% increase over the $133,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Oakwood in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Oakwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,139, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
