Seven Hills home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Seven Hills rose by $41,000 while total sales decreased by 42.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,500 - a 18.5% increase over the $221,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Seven Hills in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Seven Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,926, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
