The fourth quarter of 2021: Valley View experienced a 32.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Valley View rose by $78,350 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 32.4% increase over the $241,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Valley View in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Valley View for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,690, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
