Rising home prices in Solon in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Solon rose by $44,450 while total sales decreased by 34.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $336,950 - a 15.2% increase over the $292,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Solon in the fourth quarter of 2020.
